Is there some reason that almost every time I launch out of Detroit Munitions that I launch inside the hull of the base?
I eventually figured out that I could F1 out of it and come back so that I would end up outside of it, but that's kinda tedious.

I had this also happen (while ago, it was a fighter, don't remember which), you end up launching down the long connecting bridge and get stuck inside the station. I ended up flying around inside the station back to the dock area, where I was able to do a redock & takeoff.
Similar thing happens with larger ships getting stuck on some other stations, but those ships end up being pushed away from the station and avoid getting stuck permenately.
