[font=Palatino Linotype]The Dragon's Fang had just finished loading up the last batch of artifact items from Planet Crete. Plotting its course back to Kabukicho Depot it had passed half-way through the journey home with relatively no danger except from the damages caused by the various radioactive smog clouds. As the vessel had managed to enter the Sigma-19 system a couple of unknown ships were spotted on the long-range scanners. Assuming the worst scenario that could possibly unfold from the encounter the Captain ordered his men to take a detour in an attempt to avoid detection.

But the Pilots of the Gas Miner Guild were far too skilled, especially when it came to dealing with threats on native ground. What the Yakuza Captain was unaware of was that the dense Hiryu Cloud produced complications on the vessel's tracking abilities, rendering them almost useless. Prior to entering the gas cloud the Yakuza Captain had managed to keep an eye on the movements of these unknown vessels that had appeared on his scanners, but the minute he entered that cloud his fatal fate was sealed.

One of the crew survivors had explained to Hideki that they "came from nowhere, like ghosts". The Dragon's Fang along with the precious artifacts had been forever lost, but the lust for revenge was ever rising. An unforgiving act which would not proceed without consequences. This was the first time the Yakuza had taken an aggressive stance on their rivals. However, Hideki was not ready to underestimate the GMG like the Captain of the Dragon's Fang did. It would only lead to self-destruction. No, they needed to mimic their enemy's combat style. Fight fire with fire. Strike from the shadows. Become ghosts.

Their superior military strength combined with a multitude of resources would be an easy match against the Yakuza. But, if the Yakuza would pick their Gas Mining Facilities, those that were located on the edges of their defensive line, they could construct a battleground that had almost equal numbers. Meaning it would no longer be a question of firepower, but the individual skills of the pilots being present.

The Oyabun once said;
"Motivate your anger. Fortify your loyalty. Steel your spirit. And charge without mercy."

I believe it is time we convert those words into our actions.
