Hola to all new members of the Blue Lotus Syndicate. I hope your business in wetting the beaks of the callow youths of Liberty and the fat, bloated, corrupt law keeping lackeys of the establishment has been profitable and satisfactary.
The array is now online at a restricted area in Malta Processing Center Prime, running off the planetary energy grid at no cost. You may send messages of any type here, provided they do not disgrace the name of the Outcasts and do not exhibit symptoms of GDD, which I will not brook in any capacity.
Our first order of business is thus. A new ally of the pathetic Cryer Pharmaceuticals has been sighted by my contacts. They are a group of traitors claiming to have been cured of the blessing of Cardamine by these corporate scum at Atka. This is unacceptable. Henceforth, they are to be treated the same as Corsairs. A declaration of war is issued upon the Alliance of Redemption, and any supporters of them will be treated as hostiles.
From what I can ascertain from a captured Atka scientists report, news has reached the ears of the AOR and of Atka of an approaching Outcast attack. This is indeed ours. I have begun Operation: Titanomarchy with the following goals and principles;
Goal: The destruction or severe crippling of Atka and its research programs towards the curing of Cardamine, and towards the Alliance of Redemption and those allying with them.
Place: Atka Research Station, Sigma 17

NOTE: This Order of Battle may alter slightly due to the unchosen future occupations of Hoodlums Zapp and Weylin. They will only become included in the order of battle if they choose the path of a Henchman. If they do, new Hoodlums or other Henchman may replace them. Stay tuned.

As for the Dom Kavash.. unfortunately, I am unwilling to disclose that information to most as it is extremely sensitive and even cause insanity in some. Suffice to say the Kavash are active in a way most would not understand, and particularily around the Texas area as of late.

4 Nomad weapons
A slew of level 9s and 8s, mostly Bounty Hunter, Corsair, and GMG weapons that have been looted in my travels.
I must apologize for the lack of codenamed weapons, as I am using the only two I have. Also, I am looking for weapons with a projectile speed of 600, as the ones I am using are Salamancas, because I have been unable to find anything else. On learning that they are not allowed, I will just mount the two missile launchers I have, however, I hate missiles.
I, too, have found a speedy yet dangerous route to New York from our home of Omicron Alpha. It involves a route through Corsair, Nomad, Order, and, finally the Liberty Navy, with the threat of Bounty Hunters always possible. Here is the route:
Omicron Alpha -> Omicron Theta -> Omicron Gamma -> Unknown -> Omicron Delta -> Omicron Minor -> Alaska -> New York
I was unable to find the Alaska -> New York jump gate, as that is when I was maliciously assaulted by the Bounty Hunter scum, yet I assure you it is there.
