Honorable Kokuryū-si, over the past two weeks, our relations have been.....well...where none of us would like it to be.
I would like to sort things out this as diplomatically as possible, with that is mind i am glad to inform you that Zakuro has left the ICMG and is currently waiting on Yamaguchi for Ichigo to pick her up.
I'm also pleased to tell you that the Samura ship Tora has started to ship supplies to Kabukicho when it cans as it used to do.
I hope Si will handle this matter in a purely diplomatic and honorable way.

I'm sorry, who are you? If you're that annoyance that has some sort of beef with Yarr, that's between you and him. As you mean nothing to us, I'll let him deal with you personally. I'm not sure why you thought we have ever had supply problems, we have plenty of suppliers. Do you realize how large of an organization the Black Dragons are? Your ship means nothing to us.
Send your supplies, or don't. Either way I can tell you that we will only be paying your vessel sixty percent of the value of whatever cargo it brings us. Things will remain that way until I am less annoyed by your constant whining.
As I said earlier, if you want our issues resolved, talk to General Yarr.

i very do know that your organization does not need our help with supply's but does that give you reason to treat my family and myself with such disrespect.
yes we have some.....special situation with Mr. Yarr as he attacks a civilian ship so quickly before that crew of that ship can even reply, i wouldn't care if my sister had been on a warship and Mr. Yarr attacked, or at least a ship that had weapons on it, but Ryuu-Si, we don't see attacking a civilian ship that is unarmed as even close to honorable, sure you can rob them, but attacking them.....that does not go well in our eyes
I still hope to hold talks with the Kokuryu-Kai in a diplomatic manner, if there is anything that you would need from my family just ask it, and we will try to sort things out peacefully.
oh, and about contacting Mr. Yarr ourselves, we have already tried that, but he seems to not have gotten out transmission.

on another note, what makes you believe my family is spread out over Sirius, i do believe all of my family is currently in Kusari space. the only member of blood line that is not either currently part of the Alliance or Samura is Yumi, who works for the PanGalactic travel company which she mainly entertains passengers with cruises of Kusari space, only rarely leaving for Rheinland or Liberty.
As you have said you no longer want to deal with this, then i see no further need to settle this diplomatically.
