Lt.CAnt and Lt.Nagir have been sanctioned for:
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Consequences: Guns off of both ships, bank accounts off of both ships, sanction notes in your holds, and jailed until you post here that you have some clue about our rules and more than just a rudimentary grasp of English. CAnt, this is now two of your ships in Bastille in two days.

Hello dear administrators! We've read Rule Server always try them! We have been playing on the Discovery and always are law-abiding citizens! We apologize for this incedent! Please return us money and arms at the end of the sentence in prison. P.S. If I may, I personally would like to know what a player I attacked without warning? It's strange, because I always respect this rule RP
