To the Order Leadership,

Gentlemen,

It has been awhile since we have had any type of discussions. Which is fine by me. We do have a few things in common. Which has led us to an agreement that was in place before I took over the leadership of the Xeno Alliance.

Now, That agreement hangs on by a thread. One of your pilots has accosted a xeno outside of MY base. While this pilot is not a member of the higher echelon, He still should not have to defend himself from an Order pilot.

At the very least, I would like you to look into this, and give me some type of assurances that this will not happen again.

I would like to make assurances that it would be sorted, but that perticular Agent decided to defect from the Fleet quite a while ago.

It appears that he's active once more, yet another thorn in our sides.
