Ya may be wundering why I would be contactin ya's.
Well der seem ta be a huge influx o mercs aroond dese days en ta be frank. I kent tell who be friend en who be foe, who all dees lads are working fir.
Not that I mind but sum bugger attacked me, when I put him oot I saw im later escortin sum of ya lads aboot.
So I were wondering..

Could it be possible ta make a wee register or sumin so dat mercs who be registered ta work wit ya's ave ta put in a lil "decleration" I supose. Ya know den let us good mercs be able ta see it so we ken tell who be on who's side?

Ya might ave such a tin but I aint seen it enywhere.

If ya do dis I'd be mioghty grateful fir eet.

The increase in unlawful Mercenaries and Freelancers as well is indeed a very big problem for the LCBO and other Liberty authorities. I believe there are several lists in existence to keep friend from foe., Though they are often incomplete as there are really a lot of 'em. I believe the LPI has a list somewhere. However for now I'll send you the LCBO 'Freelancers & Mercenaries Black List'. This absolutely doesn't include all of the bad ones out there, because it still is being worked on, but it does have some of the worst on it. If I've gathered more info on unlawful guns for hire I'll make sure you are notified, sir. And again this list is still incomplete, and I strongly recommend you to keep on searching for the LPI list, as ours still only has a very very small part of the true amount of unlawful mercs and freelancers stored.
