Subject: Lost of the Liberty Navy Ship Tyrannical.
Salutations Mister Hale,
I have some regrettable news to share with you. Until few days ago, the LNS Tyrannical was operating in Omicron Delta, studying Nomads movements as well as the conflict happening between the Order and the Bounty Hunter Guild Core. However, the Tyrannical was ambushed by a Nomad Battleship, also known as the Marduk. The ship wreck is unrecoverable. Somehow, the Nomad Battleship managed to destroy the nuclear plant located inside the Dreadnought. Currently, the remaining pieces of the wreckage are either too small or irradiated by the internal explosion.
Luckily, 58 members of the crew have been able to make it out in extremis through escape pods. They have been drifting for hours until LSF Infinity located the distress signal. Although, Former members of the command crew all died in the skirmish.
The Liberty Security Force is ready to rebuild the ship at its own costs. Grise Fjords Shipyard are small, but should be able to make a Liberty Dreadnought with some modifications to the machinery. We have enough trade ships to bring in the materials needed for the construction of the ship. In the meantime, we would also do some improvements on the design of the ship.
I would like however, to acquire your authorization before starting the project.

I understand that sometimes such large losses occur. As to rebuilding the ship, we can manufacture certain parts of the vessel at Norfolk or Juneau and have them towed to Grise Fjords if the Security force is unable to produce them in short order.
You have my authorisation, however if you are need of funds or resources, then please ask rather than making cuts in other fields.
