This agreement came about behind closed doors, as both parties acknowledge.
This message is to certify that we have come to a deal with a procurement of ships. The Ile-de-France shipping company, under this agreement reached between His Majesty's finest Navy and His Majesty's most loyal shipping company, is allowed henceforth the use of military Gallic Lighter Fighters and Gallic Heavy Fighters. Along with the use of 3 Gallic "Cougar" Bombers under this fresh contract.
Along with the limited used of military weaponry to go along with all Naval vessels. (Bomber guns/SNAC for the Cougar bomber, and Naval weapons for the Caracal and Serval fighters)
We thank you for this opportunity to brandish our loyalty to the Crown.
