My sig - Crackpunch - 07-08-2010 Anyone got any thoughts/improvements? My sig - Marburg - 07-08-2010 ' Wrote:Anyone got any thoughts/improvements?As Long as you're asking, I have both a thought AND an improvement!! A: My thoughts are given to wonder about the part of your inner psyche that makes you want to openly RP the gayest characters I've seen in at least a couple of weeks. Most guys around here just RP chicks to fill that need to try & find themselves. B: My improvement recommendation is to experiment with a different border color on the words as they aren't as visible against the background as they could be if you tried something different...I don't know, if you really love hot pink though, try putting a drop shadow or something on it & see how it works out. I used hot pink to emphasise the "fabulousness;" what colour would you use to keep the fab and make it stand out? EDIT: RPing a chick is somewhat dishonest (if your a guy). My sig - Marburg - 07-08-2010 ' Wrote:Who said they're gay?Ok, seriously...Who actually has to actually say it?:lol::lol: However, kudos to you for the feeble comedic attempt at denial...all in all, I couldn't care less about your inner psyche...just so long as you go with whatever makes you happy :P So, how's the experimentation workin' for ya? (Note to others: I'm referring to the visibility of the wording...get your head out of the gutters:nono:) My sig - Crackpunch - 07-08-2010 ' Wrote:Ok, seriously...Who actually has to actually say it?:lol::lol: Seriously, they aren't. I haven't quite decided to whether to make them super metro, homo or bi. My sig - Marburg - 07-08-2010 ' Wrote:Seriously, they aren't. I haven't quite decided to whether to make them super metro, homo or bi.heh! :lol:this ain't really the thread to let you know that all three of the words you use to describe them means exactly the same as gay, but I'm just rolling with the flow...here & now though, tis best to concentrate on improving the quality of your sig...which I'm trying to do, cause I'm a good sport underneath it all in spite of my teasing. ::edit- I know I'm harpin' on a point, but wiki all you like, Metrosexuals are just closeted gays that try to pretend their not...just honestly ask any woman. they will tell you what they expect of a man...unless they are afraid of hurting a metrosexuals delicate senseabilities:lol: My sig - Crackpunch - 07-08-2010 ' Wrote:heh! Metrosexual, a portmanteau of metropolitan and heterosexual, is a neologism of the 2000s one definition of which is a man (especially one living in a post-industrial, capitalist culture) who has a strong concern for his appearance or a lifestyle that displays attributes stereotypically associated with homosexual men, although he is not homosexual. Thank you wikipedia. But yeah any other ideas on the sig? Such as a way to make the space and the pilots blend a little more but not have the space overshadow the pilots? My sig - Evan_ - 07-08-2010 I like that. But I think those two characters are perfect to teach you how to use the pen-tool. It's a lovely and invaluable tool, and you'll feel it quite close to you if you use it to remove all the not-at-all-spacey backgrounds. After that you could find them a more fitting one. Like... the bridge of something... Or... space, that seems to work with most. My sig - Crackpunch - 07-08-2010 ' Wrote:I like that. Like... the bridge of something... Or... space, that seems to work with most. I totally forgot to do that; I'll try it now. EDIT: Okay I changed the backgrounds of each character. I also forgot to make it the same size as the other one, but that doesn't matter because it's still within the signature size restrictions. I might try rounded edges next time I edit it. |
