I need a Junker - Crackpunch - 07-09-2010

Okay talented artists I need your help.

Use this picture to start with.

Then either draw a new picture or if you're really good with CGI, edit it to make him look more a like a Junker.

The main elements I would like to keep are the boots (they seem "junkerish" already), the coat (although it doesn't need to be in perfect condition i.e it can have tattered edges or something) and the dark clothing (no bright orange jump suits, although dark browns are fine).

I don't want any manga style characters.

Once the character has been decided upon the background of the signature needs to be developed. I would like something with a Salvager in space or a setting aboard a Salvager. Leave enough room to place the character somewhere.

I'll pay 10 mil to the person who makes the character and 10 mil to the person that makes the background. If you make both you get 25 mil.

So get creating and let's see what you come up with.

That's allot for a mesely 25 mill, I mean, actually drawing something or editing takes time and a skilled hand.

I'd consider it if you offered a 100, but alas, I can and wont.

In any case, up your price if you want people to do this.

25 mil is a fair amount since I don't power trade like a lot of people. If you can show me something awesome I'll give you 50 mil. I'm afraid I can't really afford much more.

If you can point me in the direction of your work, I'll see if it's worth upping my price.

EDIT: I had a quick go at making my own junker signature and I'm pretty happy with it, if you can do better I'd still consider paying for your efforts. If you can't see it at the moment it's because it rotates between signatures.

Now that's pretty epic. If you could incorporate the character I mentioned in first post it would be a done deal.

If you can't get the character in then I'd like to wait to see if anyone else can, if no one does, I'll be buying that signature.

I kinda forgot to save the .psd to that but I'm making another one as we speak. That one is too small to add anything else to it anyway.:P

Perhaps if the character was put "out of frame" on the right facing inwards (like the salvager).

I like the size increase but I prefer it without the colour drain.

In my first post I talked about the Junker character; I didn't want Neo in there, I wanted a "Junkerfied" version of him.
If you're no good at drawing characters, do a collaboration with someone and I'll pay you both (I've been trading a bit lately so I'll be able to pay a decent amount).
