Amirals, I send this message to you today in the spirit of friendship. As you may or may not be aware, we at IND have been dramatically increasing our operations in Gallia. I have personally met some of your officers over the last month, and I must confess, I have been most impressed with quality of the men I have met, and their devotion to your struggle. I have also met dock hands and quartermasters, who also display their cause on their sleeves. You should be proud of them all, they serve you well, and that is a testament to you leadership.

I am impresses with your forces, and their dedication to your cause. I want to offer what help and aid I can to this cause. I have been bringing supplies to your bases for some time now, but I find this approach to be ineffective in most cases. This is why I have contacted you today. I would like to formalize a relationship with the RdG, This why you can tell us what you need, and we can more efficiently help you in your struggle.

When the IND open relations with a group, it is with the aim of friendship, we want to be friends with you, and we at IND take care of our friends, and we can offer things that up until now, may have been beyond the bounds of your imagination, but I promise you, these are not idle words. Now, you may be asking what it is we are looking for from you, well no need for worry their, we just want to be friends, and of course, friends help friends.

The IND makes it's money by operating in places that most shippers cant, or wont, and Gallia is a dangerous place for Sirians, it's a place where a Sirian needs close friends to survive, to keep our customers happy, to secure our shipping routes and safe passage and harbor for our ships. That is what we want from you, what you want from us? All you need is but to ask, and I shall deliver it on a silver plater.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for the observations you've made about the brilliant men and women who've decided to fight for the cause of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity. While we, the officers, strive to lead to the best of our ability for better or for worse, it is the common ranks that make the prospect of liberation a feasible one. For this, I am eternally thankful to them and my resolve to win our struggle is augmented.

With that said, the Republique de Gaule welcomes all those willing to help our cause. After all, this is why we opened the path to the rest of Humanity. The efforts of your organization to supply us have not gone unnoticed. As such, there should be no obstacles preventing us from deepening our relation and setting things in stone.

Before carrying on, I would like to ask you, what exactly is the scope of your operations? What can you offer us that others cannot? The nature of our current campaign is rather unique. As such, the logistics behind it can be a challenge, evidently too much of one for many, as we've seen so many times prior.

My apologies Amiral for my delayed response, I had a most frightful run in with the Royal Navy and that Aurelia Silvan whore last night, and it left me rattled to say the least. Anyway, 3 Valors, a Cruiser and a handful of fighters later, I had to ditch my ride and drop in the tank. Not my finest day, but at least I was able to wipe my computer before I had to bail. I can see how important our help can be to you, now that I have faced several thousand Royals on my tail.

As to the question of what we at the IND have to offer to you. The IND has access to virtually every market in Sirius, which means there is not a commodity in existence that we cannot procure for you, but I have found that military men don't do well with abstracts and generally prefer to discuss things in concrete terms, so let me give you some concrete examples. If your forces really want to put a dent in a Royal facility, or blast a larger hole in the mine field, your going to need some major explosive power, we can get you Nuclear Devices to do the work. Want to end your total dependence oil? We can get you H-fuel. Your troops need medicine? We can ship pharmaceuticals in mass. To say we can offer you anything is an understatement.

Aside from that, we have liquid assets and financial backing that most Houses couldn't imagine. Need funds to build a wing of fighters, or a cruiser, or a fleet of Vaches? We have the money to make it happen. Need millions to make a shady deal with someone who will only deal in gold? We can secure it for you. Need cold hard cash? We have the backing to put it in your hands.

There is something else we can offer, that may be more valuable than either of the other things I pointed out. We have connections. For the RdG to be successful in your goals, you will need to make contact with groups outside of Gallia. Now I am sure you have met some folks in the Taus, the IMG, maybe the Gaians, and maybe even the Colonials. They are the small time, they will only take your cause so far, but imagine the opportunities that you could if someone could put you in touch with the real players in Sirius. The IND have access to the highest levels of military and civilian leadership in all 4 houses. Want to talk to the Corsairs, or the Hessians? We can make it happen. Our connections will be your connections.

Amiral, I have laid out what we want and what we can offer, all that is left is for you to tell us what you want. Ask and it shall be yours.
