Gif images sadly doesn't support semi-transparency, so your only option is to make it with sharp edges. By the way, welcome amongst the gif-haters, those will cause you much headache from now on.

EDIT: And it's already huge with that FPS, I suggest you to leave the text-fade in. And you can just turn it backwards so it closes without increasing file-size as I recon.

EDIT2: I just realized it's not low fps... Did you move the half-circles and the block frame-by-frame? If you use the later Photosohops, experiment with keyframes. Those are invaluable.

Thats sucks,
and theres no way of removing it unless
i make it a square or something similar?

Yeah. What also means you have to stick with the ugly colors and no edge-effects. I only know one way to circumvent this - by chopping the pic to pieces like with a sig with buttons, and only animate a part of it.

Like I did for him.

The other option is trying to draw those gifs in flash

You can have curved edges and transparent space, you just can't have pixels that are partially transparent.

Your image has white edges around the shape, so it shows as white edge. It can't show as a soft glow that would just lighten the background, because GIF can't do that. What you need is sharp edges. Tenacity's image has exactly that - sharp edges everywhere.

No outer glow and no shadows of background objects and other objects that are outside base image
