History record : His father was a destroyer commander in Outcast army for many years. After many successful operation around Omricon Alpha, Beta, Theta, Gamma and sigma 13, he was assigned to lead a small bomber fleet of invading forces of Outcasts, Hackers and Rogues to Liberty space.
Taking California, Ontario and Texas systems, resulted in many casualty's on the invaders side followed by complete fleet destruction in New York system by major defensive force of Liberty Battleship's. Un-official records indicate that 3 remaining bombers ware a easy target for 6 Liberty Navy Battleships , 3 Gunboats and 2 light fighters.
Short time after the invasion on Liberty, politicians decided to eliminate leading fleet admirals and commanders of all three factions. Well equipped bounty hunter fleet invaded Omricon Alpha. Constant bombardment and siege that was raised around Planet Malta had catastrophic consequences resulting in more then 100,000 casualty's.
His mother was part of defensive fleet back in Tau 37 in that time. While it was arranged that Corsair fleet "keep outcasts busy" around Omricon Eta system, hunters invaded trough Tau 37 system destroying everything on their way, including a minor fighter fleet with his mother part of it. Her Sabre was destroyed, and escape pod tractored. She was taken to Texas system for further interrogations, but was transfered short time after Liberty police reported that she is pregnant. After giving a life to her male child, she died in age of 27.

Criminal record : The nickname "Bulldog" was borned many years back in Omricon Alpha while he was the leader of small time criminals on planet Malta. He was feared by his enemies for a brutal ways to show his anger, and respected by his friends because of high loyalty and dedications toward them.
Extortion, assassination, kidnapping, torture, smuggling, killing, and much more made this criminal one of the most wanted in all Sirius.
It seems he inherited combination of large and small craft fighting skills. Around age of 30, after organization a brutal liquidation of one Maltanes rival gang leader, Outcast high command decided that this individual should be moved off the planet. He was assigned to patrol around Ibiza base in Omricon Alpha. Often rule violation and trouble sticking around "bulldog", made him decide it was time for a change...
He moved to Rheinland for short period of time to work under Red Hessians.
In one occasion at Freeport station in Bering, he meet his father's old friend (Jack) who was a member of LR organization. He was recruited and assigned to work under under Jack's crew. Jack was his mentor and personal trainer for long period of time. After Jack died in one operation, Bulldog remained in Liberty but not as a part of LR. Bulldog started working for a local loan shark George, and soon had a high position in his loan shark bussines.. He organized his crew well, and had a firm control of many Rogue soldiers. Often "misunderstanding" between Bulldog and George (boss of local loan shark bussines at that time) is connected in many reports to the sudden "disappearance" of both George and his bodyguard in one occasion while they ware in their visit on the Planet Malta in Omricon Alpha. Un-official source stated that Bulldog did left Outcast space, but his influence among Malta's "underground" remained on very high level.
Short time after Bulldog took over a loan shark bussines, Liberty was introduced to a new criminal standards, while constantly being watched by LR.
It was clear now, that Bulldog would have to deal with LR... Organization that is operating in Liberty long time was to recruit Bulldog to be part of them, or "deal with him" other way ....
