This is with regards to our recent meeting, where upon many things were discussed. One of the items was the possibility of some cargo delivery for the Council. Recently we have suffered a minor set back in this field and I thought of your offer, perhaps a mutually beneficial opportunity now exists.

We have the need for 3000 units of high grade Prometheum.......yes, I know this must seem an extravagant sum, but it is needed nonetheless.
The destination is Reunion station - again, I appreciate this may seem odd, we have at our disposal a great many freight and transport vessels, but we require your services in this instance. Our own trade ships are currently indisposed or assigned to more immediately pressing projects.

As to your financial renumeration for this service, not only can I assure you a generous payment from the Quartermaster on Reunion, but also a 10 million credit payment that I'll wire to your vessel.
Naturally, no Council vessels will be escorting you, nor will we be present during the majority of the transit - which I'm sure is something you would have required in the first place for obvious reasons.
