Ive been wondering for some time now what exactly keeps the Admins being..well Admins.
Its an ungrateful job at best and how do you guys even cope with the sea of Bull you have to wade through everytime?
I mean What motivates you to keep being admins?

regardless , they do an amazing job, and they seem to take time for it. I am sure , they are pleased to do it perhaps not the sanction report threads..
Even if they are not actually ''paid'' for that, they are far superior in efficiency then most commercial online game ''moderator'' ''game master'' who in a lot of case are been paid for been somewhere.
