This is an official message from the [Convoy]. High Command.
By permission from BAF High Command, we were granted to use Bretonia Gunboats in absolute civilian use. They serve as our heavy escort through the hardly pirated Omega 3 and 7 systems. This descision was made, because we need to grant Queen Carina's supplies to reach their target. This means: we deliver bretonian refugees to the safe Planet Holstein, Frankfurt and import back the suffisticated Rheinlandish Military Vehicles then. we now need the permission by Rheinland Military High Command, for the gunboats with the following identification numbers to cross rheinland space.
BX-10.01 [Convoy].Escort_Gleaves
BX-10.02 [Convoy].Escort_Ingham
by this we grant, that our escort vessels fully remain in a civilian operation and will never act in any offensive way against rheinland forces or enterprises. Although no gunboat will enter rheinland space alone, they will only enter as escort for Bowex Convoy vessels.
