I am in a rather awkward position regarding my new beverage, which I shall now dub "Bene Pravus" or Good and evil in the old language of Latin. Funny language. Now the dilemma is the problem of the way the beer works, while it is nutritious and alcoholic in nature, and might I add has quite a good punch, it truly comes into its own when combined with Synth Paste. You see during my quest to synthesize a way to break down and destroy the Synth Paste, I came unto a side project whereupon I found an enzyme that could break down the Synth Paste biostructure at the molecular level, since we cannot truly effect the paste on the production level, why not on ingestion? During experiment #231 on a test subject #C-22 a discovery was made. The enzyme did as I wanted, breaking down the Synth Paste however it made its nutrition more soluble while purging the general paste from being absorbed into the system. To summarise the paste itself is rejected, but the nutrients absorbed when taken with the Bene Pravus. This in turn makes Synth Paste opposite from its goal, feeding the masses. It now is basically a vitamin and nutrient paste, the people will still hunger. However with the Bene Pravus, that can be solved to a point. That is why I have funded my own brewery of this product on my ship the Insanity Factory. The problem however is what do we do with this product? Do we give it to the masses in our goal of breaking the Synth Paste hold on our people by taking its hunger prevention away, or could we just maybe, just maybe broker a deal where we gain back some of our farmland on Stuttgart and produce this with Synth Paste, but ship the beer and true food on our own terms? As in, Synth PAste would need us to keep its profits; but we also get a foothold on Stuttgart! This is a dilemma to which I have no answer. But maybe you; my comrades have an answer.
