As a title says...
What in your opinion is a BEST RESTART POINT to get most SIRIAN Fractions neutral to you in easiest or shortest way (less expensive is not necessary)....

I know how to get zoners rep.. is not a question....
When you restart in Liberty You gonna have problems with Mollys and Hesians and i believe with Gaians as well
I'm looking for most balanced restart point i can figure out fixing my rep later...

Personally, I used /restart Kusari and then went down to Rochester to get Junker Bribes. It worked for my trader.

none of them
undock, buy junker and zoner bribes, kill about 30 xenos, kill about 10 bountyhunters.
this makes you neutral with 95% of sirius. the exceptions are guard, nommies, xenos and for some reasson the GC.

The best starting board to get a neutral is the normal starting board.
All the restarts make it harder to get neutral than just starting with the default rep board.

Is anybody have reputation chart for Basic Characters and for all restarts?? That will be nice to assess future development of characters...
