OK, I got a rough idea:

But it's rather poo...
So, baring that general idea in mind, here's some requirements:
* Must have "SPIRIT" on one side, and "TANTUM IGNARUS ES GAUISUS" on the other, though not necessarily on the sides shown above. The latin motto can be on two or even three lines, and if it fits, could be in one long line across the bottom or something.
* The font MUST be Tiesto Font. I know that's a pain, but I've recently fallen in love with it. Get it here!
* The Blu Soldier (TF2) must be the crazy-RL-looking one I use as an AVY, available here. I apologise for the fact it's an awkward size to work with, but it's the best I could find, and if you position it to chop of the shoulders, it doesn't notice any square edges.
* The green-blue "S" can be from one of two images, one with "SPIRIT GAMES" hollowed out, and one not. This is the logo for Spirit Games, the 'company' I make games under the name of. (I use the word company very loosely) Images are here: Hollowed & Filled. I would prefer the hollowed version, but if the hollowed text can't be read, then by all means used the filled in one.
* The background - Something Green/Blue (More Blue than Green), preferably darker than lighter, abstract, preferably with more jaggedy shapesnes than smooth curves. (The one on the example image is copied, so can't be used)
* Size must be 200x700 (Max. forum width, with some space for text) and I would much prefer the shape not to be rectangular, maybe an oval, with parts of the image overlapping the border (I love it when they do that)
Now, I realise I'm quite demanding, and I was originally planning to ask for a freebie here, due to my inherent lack of Credits. HOWEVER. I have reconsidered that, and depending on responses and my wallet size when I get some ideas coming in, I may be prepared to put UP TO 100,000,000 SC (One Hundred Million Credits).
And Bass_Masta, thanks for saying you'll work on it so far, if you submit anything, I'll be just as likely to give you money as anyone else, despite you having said you'd think about it for free.

Hmm... I'm liking this one so far:
* I like the squarey-looking background, but I think it's a bit too light... any darker perhaps? And I think the "SPIRIT" bit would look better in white like in your first one... (Oh, and can you remove the ! please, that's only there because someone else got the name Spirit on here before me, even though they're now inactive...)
* And have to admit, despite the fact I said 700x250, I love the 600x150 and the shape of it, and the way the soldier's head goes over the border - LOVE IT!!! - However, his shoulder's chopped off... Now I know the image is low quality, but perhaps if you expanded it a bit (Only a tiny bit so it didn't appear pixelated) then moved the image down so the shoulder was off the screen and you couldn't see the cropping while still having his head poking above the top of rest of the image?

Quite like the shape of this one:
* Urm, I'd love the way you've got SPIRIT going down aswell, but perhaps have it so the letters are still the right way up? But love the effect on it... (Oh, and maybe make it bigger, and further away from the corner, or put it on a chopped off corner, so it overlaps the image border?
* And I like the way Mr. Soldier's in the centre of the swirly blue thing, but same as with Loken, I think the blue's a bit too light over the right hand side of the image
* Also, the S logo, methink's it's loo large, and I know it's not the nicest think to blend, but I'd rather it as a foreground image...
* Oh, and hate to be quite so critical here, but the Tantum Ignarus Es Gauisus bit has a weird looking rectangle behind it... could this be removed please?
And final note to both - changed my mind, please use the filled in S, it doesn't look right with the one with Spirit Games hollowed out from it... Sorry...
EDIT: And sorry for taking so long to get back to you I work saturday nights (And you all posted between 5 & 8pm my time) which is when I work (5-9) and I went straight to bed, and didnt wake up till I had to go to work today (Sunday lunch-time) but I'm off again now till next weekend:)

Made the changes you asked for. I liked the positioning of the soldier as it was, so rather than resizing it I drew in the rest of his shoulder.
