Nooblatella has been sanctioned for:
Quote:3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours. Self-killing during a PvP fight is counted as a normal PvP death.
6.2 Ship and equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible.
6.9 The individual ID cards may have restrictions and/or allowance that are not covered by these rules. In the event of conflict, the ID's override the rules.
Consequences:
Righto, so your merc ID'd BHG gunboat has been stripped for re-engaging and piracy using the wrong ID. All characters with the word 'noob' present in them have been re-named and I've taken some money from your trader as well. Sanction notice in the newly named latella's hold. Also one in the gunboat's hold.

Ok, let me try and explain a few things to try and clear this up.
First, the name. Yer I understand that, was going to rename it but not been using the account recently.
Second Out-of-character (OOC) chat, fair enough, I am getting used to this now and I'm a lot better with it. Just a case of learning to remember to switch.
The gunboat, I miss understood the ID 'Tech Chart' thinking white was ok, didn't see the message at top, so replacing Merc ID with BHG ID would be fine, also move me back in to BHG space.
As for 5.8 PVP 4 hour rule, I understand this, I got stressed with a pirate that kept pirating me and when challenged running off to a station to dock. When I tried to leave him he would CD me multiple times before running to the station again. Not what I call playing by the rules. I didn't report him because I hadn't read all the sanctions information on the forums. Which I have now fully read up on.
If you want to rename my 'Nooblatella' account to 'James.Davis.Export' that would be great. I think I covered everything there? Anything else I need to know?

Re-named the character you wanted re-named.
Finished repping your BH character for you
Also applied the BH ID on there for you to save you the trouble.

Of course the pirate docked. Any player would. It was to be expected when you avenge your trader with a BHG gunboat character for the second time. The re-engaging was the main problem, not the other things.
