watch the movies if you got doubs about fansub quality of the serie, Coalgirls and Thore made a good work.
And the movies adds many answers to the plot. it's a good adition for once.

Once I ordered the full set from Amazon but after 6 months they never sent it. That was the day I kinda became a sad panda and ignored Evangelion. I know its a great series though and I want to get that box set sometime soon.
