It's actually all in your program files in .wav format. Chances are you have it at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\DATA\AUDIO\MUSIC.

I think he may mean the soundtrack, I remember seeing a link on YouTube somewhere that goes to RapidShare, I've got the Freelancer tracks from it. They're alright, better quality than the ones in the game.
But, I can't recall the link, or if its even up.
