To Whom it May Concer:
This is Admiral Ravenor of the Zoner Defense Forces placing a formal Application for a temporary capital ship license for passage through Libertonian space. As per the recent changes within the ZDF directive of defensive initiatives regarding our installations, we are implementing defense wings at every single one of our station. We have just recently been able to have the contract for the production of the vessels completed. As so, we are gearing up to transfer these ships to their new posts on Ames Research station in Kepler, and Freeport 2 in Bering.
The date and time of travel is still under review by the ZDF command staff as we pull together the required logistics. As of now, the flotilla that will be apart of the fleet is
- 1 Aquillon
- 1 Fearless
- 1 Conference Gunboat
- 3 Fighters
If requested by the HC, the fearless will remain without liberty borders only if the Navy can provide some security for our duration within Libertonian space. If this is feasible, the Fearless will remain at Freeport 4 in Magellan. Also, as we get this flotilla together, I will provide the High Command with a Status of Forces, containing the Ship and Pilot Identifications of the group.
Our planned route of Travel is as follows.
To Ames Research Station:
- Enter Liberty Via Magellan
- Enter New York Via California Jump Gate
- Enter Colorado via New York Jump Gate
- Enter Kepler Via Colorado Jump Gate
- Enter Colorado Via Kepler Jump Gate
- Enter New York Via Colorado Jump Gate
- Enter Texas Via New York Jump Gate
- Enter Bering Via Texas Jump Gate
- Enter Texas Via Bering Jump Gate
- Enter New York Via Texas Jump Gate
- Enter California Via New York Jump Gate
- Exit Liberty Via Magellan Jump Gate
As per normal agreements, we will abide by and adhere to all Libertonian laws while within Liberty space. We will not bring and contraband or illegal cargo with us, including and not limited to, Nomad specimens. Also, we request a level of autonomy regarding our trip and the direction in which we decide to take, but we will submit to the authority of the Libertonian Navy while within their jurisdiction.

Your request has been granted on the following conditions:
1. An exact time and date is provided of the flotilla's entry into Liberty systems ' On this channel, at least two days before the ships enter Liberty.
2. The flotilla is to be escorted by the Navy through Liberty, from the entry gate directly to the exiting gate ' Deviating from the tradelanes is a good way to get your flotilla split up and isolated, making your ships a prime target for Rogues, Hackers, Xenos'¦you get the idea.
3. A cargo scan is to be conducted upon entry into Liberty on all ships within the flotilla
4. Five million credits are forwarded to the Liberty Navy Primary Fleet for administrative costs and Navy escort throughout Liberty.
5. The Liberty Navy has the right to revoke your clearance at any time during your travel throughout Liberty and escort the flotilla out through any gate nominated by the commander of Navy forces at the time.
6. Due to the Navy escort, the Fearless destroyer will not be included in the flotilla.
Once the above terms have been agreed to, we can start arranging this shuffle of Zoner forces across our borders.2.
