is this apply to someone that screams CUT YOUR ENGINES from like 100 klisk?
To explain situation this pirate just hopped in the system and he knew i was there from contact list - i doubt he would catch me but this is not the issue now
I was going to end my session atm and was *just* quitting when i saw this ..well.. let me name it request..
punishment yet questionable i accept
my only request is to put a though on pirate that whines about rule that should apply when at least there are circumstances that bases appliance. According to me 115 klicks is way to far to "pirate>prey" interaction distance
