Calego had given me a link to one that I have long since lost. I am trying to find a website that has high resolution graphics and pictures of characters I can use in my sigs.
I am currently trying to find a good one of Sgt. Sagara Souske.
And I already did a google image search, and found very few that will work.

That means they have transparent background.

You may also want to try some graphics communities, they have their own resources as well. Here's the one I'm in.
