Quite a lot of time has passed since Corsair Empire and Hogosha began cooperating across Sirius. We come often to aid each other in a difficult situations. We value these relationships and always open to make a step forward. Our pilots have to fight in various situations against a variety of enemies and our ... "Tools" may not be enough to counter all threats. We are looking forward to gain experience and support of your engineers and designers in these complicated times. Exchange of experience can be extremely useful for our groups these times.
Going straight to the point - we wanted to gain access to technological advances your engineers have achieved in modifying your weaponary, ships and other stuff. Our facilities aren't suited for producing various equipment at that moment and your experience in utilizing Plasma weaponary may be extremely useful.
Black Sails are looking forward to the following:
1. Usage of Hogosha "Drake" Type D Plasma Cannon.
2. Usage of Black Dragon - SRD X12 Hogosha VHF.

We appreciate your request to access Hogosha Technology. Many enemies have suffered under the cooperative efforts of the the Hogosha and Corsairs over the years and we place our relationship in the highest regard.
Until now, access to Hogosha technology within the Corsair ranks has been limited to the TBH and Benitez clan, the reasons being that clearly we wish to restrict use of our equipment to those closest to us. However, we have been monitoring Sails activities for many months now and feel confident that should you have access to Hogosha technology, you will not fail us.
And in particular, given that we have a reciporical arrangement with the Corsairs with regard to equipment, Your request for the usage of Drakes and our VHF is Approved forthwith.
I have taken advice......One thing you may consider is to engage our Engineering Division to ensure maintenance and repairs are performed correctly, or alse have several of your crews trained by ourselves. We will supply any spares required under our current umberella agreement with the Corsairs regarding Artifacts.

We will dispatch a transport soon with technical staff and several pilots on board for sharing experiences and trainings. Also we planing to send several transports with equipment and materials for producing a line of very heavy fighters with certain specifications for use with weapons manufactured by our facilities.

Our transport have successfully arrived to your Kabukicho Depot in New Tokyo, we avoided to use huge escorts and crossed the system unspotted. Few of our Engineers and Pilots are now there and ready to proceed with training. Some materials where delivered as well and now unloaded to your storages.
While we are waiting for our engineers and pilots to be trained buy your honorable man the first vessel of SRD X12 class already took his way to Omicron Gamma.
