Quick Question - Council ships and Corsairs - Fletcher - 10-02-2010 I've recently started to try and be a Corsair the other day, and I noticed Council (indie) transport ships transporting Food to Crete... not too bad maybe for good return. Though taking back artefacts? What is this popsicle business? Quick Question - Council ships and Corsairs - Elven - 10-02-2010 Dunno, but Vaches aren't allowed that far, unfortunately. |: EDIT: It's very unlikely the Council'd be willing to trade with Corsairs, from their expierence in Bretonia. And of course the Council hasn't advanced that far yet, I won't mention lack of supplies in the Council itself. Quick Question - Council ships and Corsairs - Curios - 10-02-2010 Well, it's not that impossible to happen in .86 since gallia thirsting for that alien trinkets, they never met any alien remains or aliens itself before. So Artifacts are very expensive there - could be an inspiration for conucil. But i think hogs will take care of the biggest part of artifact import, but still someone must be willing to take artifacts from it's source. And not just trinkets that are sold out by corsairs after researches - but maybe some really valuable artifacts that contains remains of alien technologies. Corsair become the best ship builders and they have that powerful ships because they using technologies found in alien artifacts. Those are rare and very useful and contains technological innovations that are still not understandable by mankind. Gallia really could be interested in such things. Quick Question - Council ships and Corsairs - Elven - 10-02-2010 Well, Gallic Brigands & Unione Course could be interested in artifacts - definately not Council, who'd try to confiscate those, as the Order is quite friendly to the Council and already warned about dangers of artifacts. Otherwise I should say artifact shipping should be encouraged in Gallia, therefore Corsairs, Hogosha (and possibly Colonial Remnant later) might be able to get along better then others. Nah, that's too far.. at least for now. I'm surprised he didn't get shot at. About Artifacts and Gallia.. you'll see soon enough. Thing is: sairs do not sell artifacts which might be useful. Quick Question - Council ships and Corsairs - Curios - 10-02-2010 ' Wrote:Thing is: sairs do not sell artifacts which might be useful. Yea, they don't sell artifacts that must be useful to random people via open market. Quick Question - Council ships and Corsairs - Diabolicus - 10-03-2010 Artifacts sell for good prices in Gallia. Quick Question - Council ships and Corsairs - Not Espi - 10-03-2010 powertrading? NO! unbelievable! similar to <strike>outcasts</strike> gaians buying liquid cardi at durr imo. You mean Liquid Cardamine the Nomad players hand out to Outcasts and some other people as a reward? Heh... As for the supposed "advanced" technology of the Corsairs... you can't really base everything in the game on bar rumors. If we did then some really silly stuff would enter the canon all of the sudden. |
