What brought you to freelancer? Or who? - Syrus - 10-04-2010 I have NO idea if there's already a thread like this, but I'm just a bit bored, and thought about how I got the game. So, I got this game on christmas, probably 2003, since it was released that day. My grandmother gave it too as a christmas present. When I first saw the cover I thought "Hm, looks kinda strange..." , almost didn't like it. But when I started playing the game, huh...I couldn't stop. And still to this day I would say it's the best game of its kind, which I've played. It has some things, which I missed from the beginning, but even though it's worth playing again and again. So, how did you come to playing freelancer? (I think I saw a thread like this some time or another...If there is another one, ... please don't kill meee Q_Q) :P What brought you to freelancer? Since it was one of the few games my pc back then could run, I played it over and over again. Two years later, I found the demo again. But this time I downloaded the whole game. Played through the singleplayer campaign, then downloaded the coolest looking mod I could find. Discovery was the most attractive. Next step was going online. The rest is general Disco history.
