To whomever this may concern,
Greetings, I am Commander Louis Stevenson of the newly formed Traffic Department. As you may or may not know, we are a new quasi-government organization whose goal is making sure that traffic is running untrammeled. Due to the nature of our work, we require a good standing with your company in order to be able to communicate any traffic emergency, such as a downed lane. Since we don't have the expertise of repairing them, we need to rely on your company, and perhaps even Deep Space Engineering.
I have ordered my subordinates to service your ships via escort or whatever means we can realistically aid you. In return, I ask if we could use Pueblo Station as a docking point for TD to repair and reload our ships.
