As you will know, we provide supplies for our majestys troops by forming up convoys and giving escort to them, to guarantee the supplies reaching its target.
But, one problem crytals out in this case. Even if many of our escort pilots have had several years of service for the BAF, for many of them... lets say, their last combat exercise was at the times of their service, which sometimes had been 15 years ago.
We want to formally request the permission to train ship to ship combats with your high skilled BAF pilots, for a significant improval of our combat abilities, as sometimes the defense maneuvers of our transports cant be kept peacefully, unfortunately.
I think both of our parties could profit of such an arrangement, as some of the [Convoy]. escorts have been taken under BAF command sometimes for helping to defend our homespace. With improved tactical and combat abilities, they could serve better for you, and for the [Convoy].

Greetings Convoy,
Although Kusari never shown real privateering the very nature of your activities justify a special training program. After discussion both the Ministry of Defense and the BAF admiralty board agreed with your request.
Your special program will will be a subset of the usual BAF academy training, mainly tactical-oriented regarding successful evasions, and will include some combat. You will also be required to send a list of pilots and ship type for their sec-A clearance access to Salisbury, and you will be responsible of your own expenses during the whole session.
Please check the details with our secretary and if you have more questions a private line will be opened.
