Greetings to anyone reading this,

This announcement is to make public all about who and what are the Star Trading Corp, to avoid confusions and to have easy reference to contact us.

THE STAR TRADING CORPORATION was founded by Smith & Anderson, both of hispanian origin, after saving up enough money to buy two transport vessels to export the valuable high quality deuterium extracted on planet Gran Canaria in the Omega-47 system.

Short after founding this small company, the products exported and imported to their homeworld diverisfied, and soon they had a very long list of major companies both independent and house corporations, and got involved in development for Zoner ship components, largely used across all of Sirius due to their high performance in space travel. Scanners, engine components, hull platings, deuterium for H-Fuel processing and even passenger/VIP lines started having great success, and the company soon grew to the actual number of 5 members, all of them Zoners of hispanian origin, too peaceful to participate in the ongoing conflicts between Corsairs and Outcasts, while friendly to both as for cultural heritance. They believe the conflict makes no sense, and found their home among the Zoners who inhabited Canaria, whose philosophy of life fitted well with their own : make friends, earn some credits, fly nice ships, and.... avoid politics!

Actual status of the corporation allows us to escort other zoners (for free of course), and allies, and also keep the zoner Freeport stations open, well equipped and supplied with the best canarian coffee. Ah, and some safety when required. But we're no real "combat" pilots, we like our big ol' whales a lot.


THE MEMBERS :

• Sr.Smith - "the boss", owns a 50% of the company. He's in charge of negotiation with lawful & unlawful individuals and factions (//mostly ingame)
  
  
  
• Sr.Anderson - "second in command" and in charge of official communications and diplomacy. owns around 25% of the company and is well known for his friendliness towards most pilots, and his ...addiction?... to canarian coffee.
  
  
  
• Sr.Nieto - Company's chief engineer, he was contracted for his excellent skills when the company got involved in ship component business. He is also one of the company's explorers. Actively participates in the maintenance and defense of freeport stations.
  
  
  
• Sr.Sawyer - Member of the transport fleet, can usually be found among the trading convoys, both on a transport fleet or escorting a transport.
  
  
  
• Sr.Bahi - Company's newest member, transport and escort pilot.Actively participates in the maintenance and defense of freeport sations.

  currently 2 cruisers, the "Arcadia" and the "Estrella.Lejana", intended for freeport defense use only.
  No battleships so far, but we might get one at some point, to act as our bank/headquerters, and just for the show-off:cool:

Recruitment policy is a difficult issue (//we're not enlgish, but spanish), but we may recruit some pilots in the future. Not completely organized yet...
