Konnichiwa, esteemed members of the Kusari Naval Forces and Imperial Guard. I write this message as a notification to an advancement in military weaponry we require in our fight against the terrorist organization know as the Order and the xenobiological menace known as the Nomads. Recently, our fight has been with our disgruntled neighbors the Order.
