Dear Lilith LaCroix - Grand Marshall,

Bonjour, I hope you receive this transmission with high spirits. I won't waste your time however, I have other matters that need my attention. EFL Oil & Machinery is having a hard time with The Council, The Gallic Brigands, The Maquis and The Unione Corse. They frequently raid our shipments and destroy the transports and their escorting crafts.

We are needing a vessel with a bigger punch. Something that can support our shipments and defend our bases. We are then, respectfully requesting a new Perilous Gunboat. It would be christened The Loire. In return, we will hand over, 48.000.000 credits to a destination of your choice. Hopefully, with The Loire we will be able to defend from attacks and help new personal set up their ships with ease.
