I am contacting you about your Recycler SHFs. I have taken a liking to them as of recently as I have noticed
they are repairable with almost anything, even Xenos are not able to duct-tape as much of their ship's as what
can be welded into place on the Recycler from ordinary junk.
So I have recorded this message to send to you so that I may hopefully negotiate the permission to use one of
these fine ships. If you do happen to take an interest in my request, you may leave a message on this channel
so that we may begin negotiations in live conversation.

For some reason people seem to think we just hand out ships to anyone who wants one. Why don't you start by telling me who the blazes you are and why I should even pay attention to your request? Some rather explicit details about what you intend to do with a recycler might be helpful as well.

I am Mingsk, a freelance pirate. While as I will end up using this thing
every now and then to pirate, you can be assured whether or not I get
the Recycler your people won't be at the end of my guns. I have taken an
interest in the border worlds recently, and the Border Worlds require
firepower to survive in, a lot of fire power. This is my main reason for
requesting such permissions, as I have always been a fan of larger ships,
and this appears to be the best of the fighters out there. I am sure we
may be able to come to some arrangement as Recyclers are certainly not
hard to create, since one of their strengths is that they are cheap to
produce. I mean no offense from the statement, but they are cheap, and powerful. Making them an ideal
vessel for my operations. As for why you should pay attention to my request, I have none, I am more than
willing to offer transport services as well as take out a few problems for you if need be. Those and I can
also pay for such permissions. Those are the only things I believe I have to offer, anyway, thanks for taking
the time to check out my add.

I'm inclined to agree with Finnegan on this one. We aren't a used ship lot. The Junker name stands for a little bit more than that. If you want to fly the recycler that bad come to Rochester and talk about joining up with us. Until then, I think it's best things stay as they are.
