Through vigorous internal investigation as well as detailed testimonies from two different organizations, we are aware that the person you have previously sent to establish relations with the Lane Hacker is an infectee. I am referring to the former human named Enma Loyola.
The Maltese are well-aware of our stance towards the nomads since 800 A.S. and this has not changed even a little. Sensitive matters such as shipping convoys or intelligence sharing. They might not attack your ships, but they are very interested in destroying ours.
I hope you now better understand our position and how the situation is viewed from our side. But since, according to our sources, the leadership of NC is now free from nomad agents, let's put the matter aside and adress the request you have brought before us. It is true that the Lane Hackers are very interested in rewarding the National Council via our Job Board. I see that despite our ships being the best for their military job, the Vindicator is highly efficient and specialised for the environment you fight in.
Now I was told the soldier in question was indeed capable of utilising a ship of this kind. But there is other cases in which I'd like utilising these vessels.
Now I know that your production rates aren't high enough to supply mass demand and I thus want to put in the request for 4 Vindicator class vessels.
Should monetary compensation not suffice we are willing to supply you with two heavily armored transports once they leave their production line. Development for it is nearly complete at this point.
I assume your production is fueled with the necessary materials. If not we can have you delivered with metal or other goods required to construct your ships.
Maybe you should consider outsourcing at least parts of your production. I will be seeing Oranos in a conference tomorrow. I am certain Atlantis is ready to work with you should you so desire.

I was however talking with the Administration of Venice Shipyard and we came to the conclusion that we would allow you to purchase as many as six vessels once they become available. No extra fees. Though you will have to send your people up here to inspect and fly them to Liberty.
But I saw the designs. They will be more than capable of surviving the way there. I personally am eager to see the first reports of unknowing Colonials opening fire on them just to be proven yet again that they cannot outpace the development of those who understood the benefits of cardamine.
