This is Captain Neal Otano of the Bounty Hunter Guild Battleship, Omega_Sixth.

I as the Captain itself, am sending a request for clearance through Omicron 74 system (from Omicron Kappa to Omicron Theta and back). I have lost credits on repairing the ship hull plates for passing through a deadly, REGRETFUL, system - Omicron Gamma. Truely in life, I have never disobeyed a Zoner nor threatened one. I am a man of my word and I keep my promises when made. Are we independent? Well yes we are. We are not Exiled, but just a lone crew with me as their Captain aboard the Omega-Sixth.

Reason why I am sending this message is due to the fact that few of the Omicroners pilots rejected my request. My only choice was to pass through Omicron Gamma with a swarm of Cannibals in the other side. Luckily, our navigator manage to get through them.

I am sending a Schematic View of our crew aboard.

Dear Captain Otano,

please be aware of the fact that Omicon 74 was closed for public traffic for the time being. We are reinforcing our defensed due to recent developments in the Omicrons, among which the BHG Core played a significant role.

We can nevertheless grant the requested permission in case you are willing to sign the following agreement:

I, Neal Otano of the Omega Sixth, agree never to declare war or participate in any such, not even an a tempory basis, against any Zoner in Sirius. My immanent right for self-defense, extended to an unilateral declaration of war by Zoners, or parts of them, remain untouched hereby.
