You see, I've been watching you and the Outcasts fighting in the Taus for some time, now, and I've seen Colonial pilots attacking and destroying cardamine smugglers and slavers. You destroy the cardi and release the slavers. I've seen it and I have to tell you I agree. Outcast economy is affected, people are freed and many of them decide to join you. Yet, you gain no money from all this and we all know that money make the world active and wars are won many times by nations with more money.

So here's what I want to tell... propose you. Instead of destroying the cardamine, give it to me. I sell it in Liberty and give 30% of the payment to the Colonial Republic. You will say now that cardamine is an evil thing and all I'll do is spread Outcast influence but... since the outcasts will receive reports about someone transporting their cardi and bringing nothing back (like slaves) they will cause unrest on Malta and they'll probably send more escorts with the transports. And those are easy targets for your good pilots. See where I'm going? Instead of organizing strike wings, they'll send their ships on escort duties and those are easier to take down.

Of course, I know that cardamine is considered contraband in both Colonial and Liberty Republics but you know that if I'm caught... which is unlikely, I will say I'm working for the Outcasts. They won't suspect anything... ever!
