To whom it may concern,
My name is Otis Jethro, captain of the Independent Neural-Net Department ship Bulls and Bears. Tonight as I was trying to transport goods to the CR, I was stopped by one of your officers, BPA)Sgt.Hone. He told me I was violating Bretonian law, which I dont think is quite true unless Bretonia has relinquished all claims to Tau31, but that is really neither here nor there. I complied with the officers request and turned away from the Tau 31 jumphole and set a course for the Leeds jumpgate. I told the officer I was going to New London to file a report with the BPA, at which point your officer opened fire on my ship, at this point I repeated that I was on my way to New London and the officer was welcome to escort me there to make sure. He continued to fire on my ship untill it was destroyed. I was not carrying any illegal good, I was clearly headed to the Leeds jumpgate, complying with the officers request, yet I was still destroyed. I wish to file charges against the officer in question, and I am requesting compensation for the loss of my ship and cargo. I have attached the relevant evidence to this transmission.

Mr. Lawson,
I was not carrying any cargo from Harris into Bretonia, I was carrying gold from Graves to the CR in Tau44. I thought with the resumption of relations between the CR and Bretonia that would not be a problem. It seems it was, but that's not really the issue as I was complying with the officers order when I was destroyed. When the officer asked me not to enter Tau31, even though he was no where near me, I stopped and waited for the officer to arrive so we could discuss it. I had no intention of evading Bretonian law, and when asked to divert course from Tau31, I did, and told the officer I would be heading to New London to make a report to the government requesting clarification and to complain about the officer. It seems when the officer heard I would be complaining to the government about him, he decided to try and stop me from doing so by destroying my ship, lucky he was not able to silence me, and my escape pod was sufficient to make it to New London. I am currently on Waterloo station, and I will stay here, available to the Bretonian government for any questioning you might need, until this matter is settled.

Cargo bound to Tau-23, and into Tau-44 would require a military escort to make sure it is bound for the appropriate destination. While Sergeant Hone's rather overly aggressive actions were clearly in the interest of Bretonia, I would have to say that he was attempting to make sure outbound cargo wasn't heading to Kusari space, which in his report is exactly what he was doing.
While the Sergeant's actions were aggressive in nature, you must admit that any cargo outbound from Bretonian space into a war zone is a bit suspicious, as the Kusarians have been known to deploy squadrons to force Civilian ships off their original routes to supply the Kusari war machine.
If what you're saying is true, then you'll be receiving your compensation, however, if Sergeant Hone is telling the truth, I'm afraid we'll be revoking the shipping licenses the IND currently has in Bretonian space, which will be refunded to the fullest amount.
You're welcome to take a Civilian shuttle to and from Waterloo but don't be leaving Bretonian space yet, Mister Jethro. I would like to get to the bottom of this.

Mr. Lawson,
I am not arguing that it is not within Sgt Hones duties to enforce Bretonian law. I was confused on the matter, but I did follow his direction not to move into Tau31, and was instead moving into Leeds to go to New London when I was destroyed. I was unaware that following the directives of Bretonian law enforcement would get you your ship destroyed. Also, please do not threaten me or my company, we have always abided by Bretonian law, and have been a good corporate member of the Bretonian community. I have already told you I am on Waterloo, and I am not going anywhere till this is resolved, there is no need to threaten us. The evidence I provided was clear, my ship was headed to Leeds when it was destroyed.
If you dont want IND shipping goods into Bretonia, just tell us, we will stop, we have no desire to be somewhere our shipments are not appreciated. I guess all these military vehicles we have been moving from Rhienland will just have to be shipped somewhere else.

I was just informed by the Colonial Republic that your company, the IND, have no contracts with the Colonial Government, nor does your company have legal visa's to proceed into and out of Tau-44, which is a restricted system to begin with.
This leads me to the conclusion that you're lying straight out of your rear. So, please, Mister Jethro, where was the cargo actually heading?

As you can see, your information is incorrect, and the IND is welcome in Tau 44, in particular Minito Harbor, which is where the gold was heading.
As you can see, I have the proper documentation to be in the system and at the base where the gold would be sold. Yes, obvious lies. You still havent answered the question though, as I was complying with your officers demand not to go there, why was I blown up?

As you insist on persisting in your lies Mr Jethro, and are now attempting to deceive the Director himself in your attempts to slander me, I shall post an extract from my report :

I destroyed the criminal, then informed him in his escape pod (it was cloaked) that he was still under arrest, and would be treated as such.
As you can see director; I ordered him multiple times to halt, placing him under arrest and at no point ordered him to move in ANY direction after I had met him at the Jump hole. He is simply piling lie upon lie by claiming otherwise.
Also sir, there IS the additional evidence that he was taking the gold to kusari in my private report to the BPA, which should be available for you to read.

Now before the Officers rather'¦ inappropriate outburst on this channel, we were discussing a fair and reasonable investigation of this matter. Ensuring that legal proceedings, and the spirit of the law is observed in the case of transportation within Bretonian boarders.
Firstly, I require a clear understanding of the status of Planet Harris, is this, or is this planet not Bretonian Territory? Is the Battleship MacDuff, or is it not, a Bretonian warship, and is Planetform not a Bretonian registered Corporate entity?
My second question surrounds the status of the Tau 31 Gate Construction Site, is this not a Bretonian controlled station? Are the Beryllium fields surrounding it not also property of the BMM? Considering everyone that has fought and died there, Bretonians one and all, are you stating for the public record that these territories are not Bretonian Sovereign Territory?
While there is a blockade on the Holmann corridor up to TAU-29 and Freeport 6, the very fact that the ship in question was in Edinburgh in the Guncam footage, the fact that it complied in halting for the officer in question, it clearly shows the vessel was making for the jumphole to Tau-31, putting it clearly on the Bretonian side of the contested territories. The destination was to an ally of the Bretonian Government, through obviously Bretonian Controlled Territory.
I must ask'¦ why was my client shot at? Especially when ordered, he turned around and returned to Bretonia?
Sirs, forgive my obvious naiveté when it comes to Bretonian Geography, but Bretonian planet, Bretonian Battleship, Bretonian Station, Bretonian mining fields'¦ despite the best efforts of the Kusari I might add, clearly add up to the Queen's own dominion.
