0800 hours was the time when the plan was put into operation. Michael and his closest allies had begun their operation to steal a newly manufactured Imperator gunboat from Tripoli shipard, at 0830 hours it was to end with most or all personnel in the hangar dead or injured. The crew had been keeping close observation with their connections in the Corsair empire and it had finally payed off, the engineers had grown to sure of their safety in the base and lacked the usual numbers that would guard the hangar that day. Had there not been such a gap in their security this operation would have never been possible.
After months of collecting intelligence Michael's crew had worked vigorously to place multiple nerve-gas dispersion systems into the atmospheric controls of the hangar in order to take out the majority of its personnel. After which they were to storm the bay taking out what was left in the chaos that followed while disguised as backup personnel. After dispatching all enemy personnel they quickly proceeded to remove the docking clamps only to find that they were locked in place, the only quick alternative at the time was to plant explosives on the clamps, unfortunately this rendered about half of the inside of the ship uninhabitable due to multiple hull breaches until they were able to repair it.
On the way out 5 Titan VHFs immediately began a chase on the damaged ship; the only way to lose them was to put even further damage upon the ship and cruise directly by the Neutron star in Omega-41. Though it worked this damage eventually ruined the ships cruise engines forcing its crew to rely on thrusters to get them to safety.
Their first visit in the new vessel would be to an old ship facility on Gran Canaria. To obtain weapons and armor, and to begin their new rebellion against the Corsair Empire.
