I have been doing some offline SP playing to fill some of the time when I do not access to the internet and have got totally frustrated by not being able to find how to get Blood Dragon Guard ID. I want to try an earn it by doing the missions, but where do I go to find them offered? Also I am aiming at buying a BD cruiser but can't find where they are sold. The wiki says Mito Shipyards in Tau 63, but when I go there they only sell the Katana HF and the Dragon Bomber. And they don't offer any missions at all.

You can buy the ID on both Mito stations.
Or do you mean where the missions are offered? Kyoto base in Chugoku.
The caps are available on the lower of the two stations.

Mito is one big station, with 2 docking spots...one sells katana and bomber, other gunboat and cruiser.
For missions go to kyoto base in chugoku or sendai research complex in okinava (sector 1/2E)

Note, there're no Guard missions.
Do missions for their 'usual equivalent'.
So do missions for Blood Dragons to gain Blood Dragon reputation.
Bribing also raises Guard reputation, although several 'military' factions aren't bribeable (Colonial Remnant, Phantoms, Nomads, Wilds, Liberty Navy, Rheinland Military, Bretonia Armed Forces, Kusari Naval Forces, Gallic Royal Navy, the Order... And the Hellfire in 86, as I assume)

Damn, another station with 2 seperate docks! I didn't know that. Thanks all for the answers, so if I raise my Blood Dragon rep, it gets me eligilble for Guard ID, because my rep is around 90% now.
