As the Rheinwehr High Command understands, you are already aware of the "rogue" Independent Miners Guild- affiliated group in the Omegas. We also got information of you denying all affiliation to them and opposing their conduct, which is a humble deed, yet I must note that it appears you missed a crucial fact.

What you can see is whom we believe to be the leader of the marauder forces docking Freistadt, after carrying out a strike against Daumann and Kruger mining positions, which the Rheinland military could only retaliate, but not prevent.
It appears that for some reason the crew of Freistadt is unaware of the actions of these pirates, as well as the IMG leadership's opposition to their conduct to an extent that apparently the pirates use the station itself to base their attacks from, and not the carrier which we previously believed to be their base.
In light of the Omega treaty and the IMG denying responsibility for its breach, we would like to request these individuals to be apprehended and given out to the Rheinland Military for prosecution. Any rogue personnel that may evade the arrest should be denied docking rights to Freistadt and actively shot at by local patrols.
We understand that approving such a request should be no trouble in light of our relations. We would not like to resort to conducting any further hostilities against IMG vessels, rogue or otherwise.

As soon as I heared of these rogue folks I issued the order to restrict docking rights to these vessels. The Independant Miners Guild does not condone acts of piracy committed by it's members, nor do we allow pirates to base itself out of our bases under any circumstances.
I will refer you to an earlier transcript (data packet attached, readonly), which was the basis for declaring these folks renegades. The order to deny these folks docking permissions on any IMG facility, especially Aland and Freistadt, was issued minutes after that.
In short, the action you request has already been taken. If they're still using Freistadt somehow we'll have to see who in the nine Omicrons is giving them access still... We're on it.

Thank you for your swift response, Director.
Apparently, for some reason your declaration is yet to reach the Omegas and especially Freistadt so we will continue monitoring the region with double the effort.
Once you find the man or personnel responsible for still allowing them access to the station, we too would like to have a word with him. These people have to answer for the loss of many Rheinland lives and billions of credits damage.
Perhaps a personal visit of the directorate would hasten the efforts of the local security personnel to handle the case, the Rheinland Military is offering assistance to make that happen.
