As you can see, SCRA capital ship, who popped out of nowhere to attack me in omega-7 a few minutes before that little incident, approached Freeport 1 and fired some mortars at my ship. As you can see in the second file, at least one mortar did hit the Freeport itself. Note: he wasn't even in the scanner range when i approached Freeport.

Dear Mr. Stakhanov,

we apologize for any trouble you might have endured at Freeport 1, but we have to admit that your complaints are going to remain unheard. The CPW Trotsky is a known marauder vessel the SCRA dispatches for some unknown reasons. We have made our own experiences with this ship at Freeport 9.

The main reason why your complaints cannot be dealt with is that the we cannot do anything about the security breaches happening around Freeports as long as the three major Zoner organizations, the TAZ, the OSI, and of course us, are not ready to make an unanimous decision, which is certainly impossible since the TAZ are on best terms with the SCRA.

We suggest to stay away from any Freeport becuase these bases are not free anymore. As much as the TAZ has got corruped, sacrificing Zoner bases to the violence by the SCRA for their own sake, as little you can expect to find protection and unbiased treatment at Zoner bases anymore.

Mr Stakhanov,

Based on the evidence you have given as well as info gathered by further investigation, we have found inconsistencies in your explanation with the evidence given.
You say in your message that the SCRA came from nowhere. Your screens show the Trotsky approaching the station and scoffing at the Freeport's NFZ
after you have stated "I have the information I need.." This is most suspicious coupled with the hull damage shown on the hull of your vessel by the provided scan.

I also know that the SCRA have a neutral standing to all official faction IMG vessels. What would possess the Trotsky to fire on you unprovoked?

Either the SCRA have suddenly gone crazy or you did something and were fleeing into the No Fire Zone for your protection, which is against our laws.

Explain this to me so I can fully understand. If no explanation is given then I will have to see it as a declaration of guilt.

That means: he attacked me in omega-7, for reasons i don't completely understand yet, and i fled to omega-3. There, he was left behind and gone beyond my scanner range, and only then did i go to the Freeport for repairs and resupplies, because, as you can see, our fight in omega-7 damaged my hull.

And thanks for the offers of help, but due to the fact that all the damage i have is here only because of omega-7 incident while the freeport 1 omega-3 incident didn't even drain my shields as one of the mortars Trotzky shot at me didn't hit me and hit the Freeport 1 instead, making it my own problems, i will work on it myself.
