Good day Congressmen,

My name is Capt.Wycroft and before I go any further I would like to state that I do not wish to press any charges or seek revenge on those involved, simply abit of information.

I've received two different reports from a member of the Junker Wycroft Clan that Liberty police force units had opened fire on them without due cause or valid explanation other then "Junkers are not a friendly faction to this system."

Freighter Wycroft's shields were dropped and hull sustained minor damage during his first encounter and the second incident involved taking fire and being subdued to degradation over the comms. Other ships in the area from many different factions came to his help and he was allowed to proceed.

I know the pilot of that craft very well and I can assure the congress that he only freights what is legal where it is legal as well; his reputation in the house systems is good. Has there been a major diplomatic shift with our stance in Liberty? Are independant Junkers no longer welcomed in Liberty?

What do I tell my fellow clanners? That there are new police units out there that lack diplomacy training? that they should stear clear? fight back?

Please let me know so that I may inform them and thanks in advance for your aid,

Greetings Captain Wycroft.. and first let me say no change in policy towards independent Junkers has been made. Finnegan is right in asking for evidence as we will need more to go on. Were the lawfuls official registered law enforcement or were they unregistered reserve lawfuls? Guncam evidence would be best to submit so we can review the evidence. What additional information can you give?

Good day Gentlemen,

It is my understanding that no visual audio or even notes on a notepad were taken.. And so, I have already passed on the information that "You are entlitled to self-defence agaisn't any Faction".

After the first incident a callsign TF7-??? that may have been Liberty Navy; investigated and sent Freighter_Wycroft on his way. Yes it happened in Liberty, first near Fort Bush then near Manhattan.

Shaken not hurt and better informed; he and the rest of the Wycroft Clan will deal with the situation accordingly next time...and with any luck Mr.Finn you'll be around to share the fun.

Well both my men gave you excellent answers. I definitely want to hear when incidents like this happen, but I like seeing the pictures even more. Without the evidence I'€™m afraid I can offer you nothing more than my sympathies.
