I have received word from a Freelancer that you used Warships to take on fighter/bomber class vessel. This is heavily look down upon by the Registry and Primary fleet alike. I would like to hear from each of your captain explaining to me why you though it was needed to dispatch warship to lead on attack against such little ship.

TO: Captains of the LNS-Coloumbia, LNS-Pandora, LNS-Ultimtor, and LNS-Excelsior - Jean-Luc-Picard - 01-02-2011 Dear Jack Will, I read what you post here, Because i'm the Capitan of the Battlecuiser LNS-Pandora. Now i have a Few Question to you : 1. What is your Problem? 2. Would you that 1000 Hard work Crew from the Liberty Navy blow up with this Ship? 3. My Fighter was not in range, so help the Ship LNS-Columbia. 4. As i was arrived with my ship the Columbia, the bombers go on distance, that my man and Crew could stabilize the envelope of the heavy damaged Columbia. 5. The Columbia Survived the Trap of the enemy bombers. 6. Answere all of my Questions before you blame my Crew and me Again. 7. I know so like all the other Capitans and Ships where should post here, that you was there with your own Battlecruiser. Why you don't come with your Fighter?! 8. And we know that you have now problem with the situation when 1000 Crew members die. And the Liberty Government must explain this Action of the Unlawfulls to the Liberty Population. What you you think what comes better : "Liberty Navy could escaped an Trap of Unlawfulls. Battleship Surivived", or "Liberty Battleship was blow up in a Trap by Unlawfulls, 1000 Crew Members die." Think at this familiys, of the Crew. A Happy New Year, Lieutenant Jack Will Your Jean-Luc-Picard TO: Captains of the LNS-Coloumbia, LNS-Pandora, LNS-Ultimtor, and LNS-Excelsior - Matthews - 01-02-2011 ---Incoming transmission--- ---LNS-Columbia New York--- ---Captain Mathew Dragon--- Well, greetings mister Will Well, the first cruiser who was under attack. I was there and nobody else who was willing to help him. He was under attack, not heavy but he would have been wrapped up if I hadn't helped him. So I gave some off my crewmembers the order to fire some little canons. I don't want that one of our cruisers is destroyed, just because no fighters are around and a BS sits right next to it, but may not fire. Then i was in NY and asked in the SYSTEM chanal for help. I hadn't control over which ships came to help. I also would have prefered fighters to fight their bombers, it would have been more effective, but I don't see why you make such a big story about it. A BS was under heavy fire and asked for help, some came and stabilized the situation, and if the enemys wouldn't have run, only because of the look of our caps, the fighters, which had a longer way, would have had enough time to come, WITHOUT that the BS had been destroyed. No other fighters responded then your primary fleet officer. So I have a main question fore you. Would you prefer that a BS to be destroyed just because no fighters are around and the caps aren't allowed to help? Signed Captain M.Dragon ---Transmission terminated---
TO: Captains of the LNS-Coloumbia, LNS-Pandora, LNS-Ultimtor, and LNS-Excelsior - Ocampo - 01-02-2011 ---=Incoming Transmission=--- ---=Sender: Jack Will, Head of Registry=--- ---=Subject: Improper Ship Usage=--- ![]() Captains; First off, I am not going to respond to Captain Picard due to the overall rude tone of his transmission. I would suggest Captain Picard, you treat your superior officers with some respect. Now, Captain Dragon, the reason I am bringing this up is because for warships used to kill off fighters. In the case you were in you would have been cleared to open fire, but when 4 warships come as backup and start to fire that is to much. I do not expect you to let a ally warship go down, but I would expect you to -attempt- to get fighter support instead. TO: Captains of the LNS-Coloumbia, LNS-Pandora, LNS-Ultimtor, and LNS-Excelsior - ryoken - 01-02-2011 Hmmm i was not involved, but i agree that these ships responded to aid a fellow Officer, and save a crew. Secondly,I do not see a "Superior" Oficer just a power hungry whiny oficer. As long as a fellow navy ship is under attack i believe what ever is availiblle should be used, and will be. TO: Captains of the LNS-Coloumbia, LNS-Pandora, LNS-Ultimtor, and LNS-Excelsior - Matthews - 01-02-2011 ---Incoming transmission--- ---LNS-Columbia--- ---Captain Mathew Dragon New York--- Mr. Will In general I think also that caps shouldn't fire at fighters and bombers, first because it's a bit unfair, and second they just can't hit with their weapons. But when a allied warship is under fire, they have to safe it. Only if there ARE fighters around who can take care of the enemy's snubcraft they can stop or don't even have to start firing. But in this situation it just wasn't possible. I hadn't time to call for specific help. The only people who came were these caps and one fighter. When you are under heavy fire, you don't have time to write much. To call someone specific is just impossible. Signed Captain M.Dragon ---Transmission terminated---

LNS-EagleEye. New York [font=Book Antiqua]Captain John Eagle Subject: Use of warships *High Encryption* Good Evening Mr. Will Since I'm not directly involved, I'm sorry for using this channel. It seems there is a problem about the use of warships in general. You Mr. Will say that warships should not be used for engaging fighter or bombers. That's a principle. This is of course only very true and rational. In the case of the attack of Captain Dragon he acted against this principle, because if the other warships woulden't have helped him, the Columbia would have most likely destroyed. We see it's a special case and all the involved ships acted as to avoid the destruction of the Columbia. Bigger warships are indeed not supposed to attack fighter and bombers but in this moment there was no, or not enough fighter craft available. In general such a use of warships is inappropriate, all the involved Captains acted with sanity and reason to help out the heavily damaged Dreadnought Columbia though. [color=#000000]That is all. The warships which came were heavily armed and began to open fire without cause due to the fact that the hostile forces retreated back. These force still opened fire. Now I have received more complaints and regard of these ships, even from members of our Primary Fleet. If i were you Captains, I would start to change my act. LNS-EagleEye. New York [font=Book Antiqua]John Eagle Subject: Use of warships *High Encryption* Mr. Will About the amount of the warships I totally agree with you that there were too many involved ships. About "changing our act" I just would like to ask who you mean with "you Captains", because it seems like you mean all Secondary Fleet Captains? Just be aware, I know that there are many new Captains without that much experience yet, but there are also Captains who know how to do their job. I recommand you to reconsider your idea of the Secondary Fleet since several of your Primary Fleet members have acted without any respect and with inappropriate remarks about some of the Secondary Fleet Captains. The problem is not just on "our" side. [color=#000000]Signed, John Eagle [font=Impact]++TRANSMISSION TERMINATED++ |
