Being an independent Molly, I'm at odds with the law of the land in Dublin. Am I supposed to tax miners or pirate them? We are pirates, correct? In the end, this deal will end up braking down the Mollys and thining the ranks. When a miner hovers under Essex and taunts you to no end, what to do? How come we let this happen? The MC can do whatever. I will not follow a crippling policy.

Mollies are people who own Dublin. It's their home. They're just asking for a contribution to allow people to mine there.
From a lawful point of view :
Mollies are bad ugly pirates. They are maybe pirates with ideals, but they are still pirates.

I have to disagree with this,
the folk behind the Molly Council, (me,linkus,jamie and other undisclosed figures)
are doing our best to keep the molly's as close to their lore as possible,
reminder: we also have to follow discovery lore and need to work ahead in advance of 86.
