against other gunboats it can work very well, mainly because the popular anti GB weapons are all razors and pulses....slow, sucks up all your power, you can miss too.
All primaries, maybe a pulse for harassing shields is good because you get almost constant fire without missing too much.... the only problem with this is that the Explorer is so big all those incoming razors could hit you easily if you are not paying attention
