I will try to be as brief as possible. As you probably know, over the last few days Luxury liner Hawaii stationed on Hiran's orbit in Sigma-19 has been locked down for a quarantine due to an outbreak of disease of unknown origin.

A group of professional medics were contacted to determine the nature of the disease and find a way to combat the spread. They ascertained that it is of a Gaian origin, with a mutation that allows for an easy spread to humans.

Unfortunately, neither OSC nor The Medics have the means to produce the medicine on a larger scale. That is why I'd like to negotiate a contract of a production and delivery of the required medicine. We require medication for approximately three and a half thousand people. The required technical details can be found in attached datafile. I was assured it contains all information necessary.

Cryer Pharmaceuticals, obviously, doesn't keep track of recreational vessels such as this one. Therefore we'll just take its specifications as the standard "Enterprise" class. Naturally, I went through OSC's legislations and regulations database on the neural net. I was horrified to find how little information there was regarding quarantine protocols and safety procedures due to viral outbreaks. Seriously, the official guideline to general disinfection is "wash hands thoroughly"? Unbelievable.

Assuming you carried out the standard OSC procedures of quarantine, I'm very concerned by its effectiveness to say the least. If you didn't know, the fact that Cryer has remained as the primary supplier of all pharmaceuticals throughout the Sirius sector is because we highly regard health and safety issues.
