kusari explorer is kusari civilian. According to Tech chart bounty hunters can't use it. but there are a lot of hunters using it. is it sanctionable?

Does the Core have the same ship limitations as the regular Guild ?
I can't find the Core ID on the chart so I assume they do.

the core is still "guardlike" to bhg (maybe in RP not that much anymore but rulewhise)
so same techchart stuff for them.

BHG|Core use the Guard ID.
Edit: As for the KuEx, talk to any hunter using one before filing a sanction. They may be unaware of the tech restrictions. I'm assuming these are not BHG| tagged hunters.

No, we do not have a Core ID and Guard ID. Just the Guard ID.
