Per your grace and wisdom we would like to advance in bringing into effect the contract to allow -icT- a limited transport permit to operate in Gallia.
Our ship LuckyStrikeIII is loaded and ready to depart from Toronto station with 4950units of Neon.
We have been advised by reliable contacts that by docking on Bourg-en-Bresse Space Port will be able to obtain the proper Transmitter Frequencies to identify us as a non-hostile trading vessel. Please advise us if this is correct.
We also require the proper accounts in which to make the regular deposits of the agreed amounts. At this time, we would also need to know the amount needed for the permit processing fee.
As well, to avoid any confusion and to make the tracking of our vessel easier for your Security Services, please indicate what times are best for us to enter Galia.
While we understand that this agreement covers Neon, Tobacco and Wine. We propose that sometime in the near future -icT- be allowed to bring in Platinum from Toronto station to the beautiful Kingdom of Gallia.

Your Most Honorable Majesty. We hope this message finds you in good health and good spirits. While I realize that a Monarch has many things to do, we are ready to begin shipments of Neon to Gallia as stated in our previous transmission.
We also have something else we would like to put on the table. I have office space and residences on Toronto station that Gallia crews traveling to Sirus would be able to use while trading here on Toronto station. We off course would charge nothing for the use, but we would require that all ships docking and staying on Toronto station have the proper papers in order with the proper authorities.
I hope your Royal Highness will for give the straight forwardness and briefness of this transmission. And take no offense from its loose manner in addressing you. I simply need to know if we can go forward with shipments to Gallia or, if there are other issues that need to be addressed.
Keep in mind that while my vessels are flagged under Interspace Commerce, we operate as a completely independent division having little or no contact with IC proper. We will also allow you to come aboard our ships and scan for any technology on board you may deem suspect.
I humbly ask that you please respond promptly as Neon has a tendency to evaporate and I don't want to loose my cargo while my ship is waiting for access to proceed to Gallia.

- Our security services will always keep an eye on you, no matter what times you travel in Gallia.
